Our comprehensive inspection 

We have designed our own comprehensive, up to date inspection which goes beyond the basics, providing an in-depth analysis of the vehicle's condition. We work for you while keeping the vehicle vendor on-side also. The inspection is mostly visual and non-invasive. What makes our inspection different to others on the market is that we provide a high definition photo folder with as many photos as you need, some classic vehicles can contain 100+ photos so you can satisfy yourself in regard to the condition the vehicle. We carry out specific tests but without removing components. Specific requests can be carried out with the vendors authority but may incur additional charges for additional labor. With us being fully mobile it makes the experience convenient for the seller saving them time and effort having to run vehicles around taking time out of their day.

How does it work????

Simply email or call us with the vendors details to arrange a booking. We then contact the vendor to arrange a day & time that suits to carry out the inspection (this can be weather dependent if they can't provide cover), They will also be sent a short list of requirements we have in order for us to carry out the inspection to our standard & safely. Once the inspection is complete you will be emailed our completed report along with a folder containing high definition photos.

How much does it cost????

Our inspection costs $240.00 gst incl. This includes our travel to the site. Inspections outside of the Palmerston North / Feilding / Marton area may incur an extra cost to cover expenses POA.

Diagnostic report available

We also offer a full vehicle diagnostic report which includes a pre and post scan report. With this report you will be able to see current and historic codes / DTC's, and pending problems normally un-detectable without the use of a modern scan tool. This alone could save you thousands of dollars in future repairs. The cost for this service is $65.00 gst incl.

Dealer pre-trade inspection

Coming from a used car sales  background I understand how frustrating it can be trading a vehicle from outside your area only to find once it arrives that it needs paint , tyres , brakes, costly oil leak repairs etc which you were not allowing for, thus putting a sizable dent in your margin. Get a pre-trade inspection so you can accurately calculate reconditioning costs before you commit to a deal. $240.00 gst incl.

Vehicle insurance valuations

With over 13 years in vehicle sales On-site PPI can also supply vehicle valuations for insurance and business purposes. This can either be done onsite or via email with supplied details and photos. Prices for this service; On-site valuation $150.00  ,  Via email $120.00 gst inclusive.
